Each year, we require thousands of volunteers in a variety of roles to ensure The Real Events Company events go according to plan and all our participants have a fun and enjoyable time.

Whether you’re volunteering as an individual of through an organisation, The Real Events Company are extremely grateful for your support.

Who can volunteer?

Everyone is welcome to volunteer with us, the only recommendation we make is that volunteers are aged over 16 to volunteer independently (14 and 15 year olds can volunteer with a supervising parent/guardian). All volunteers will need to complete an emergency contact form, all the information is kept private and secure and will only be used as stated in an emergency

What roles are available at the real events company?     

Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles including:

• Start/Finish
• Route Marshals
• Senior Marshals
• Drink Station Marshals
• Baggage Store Marshals
• Registration Marshals
• Car Parking

You just need lots of enthusiasm and a positive attitude, excellent communications skills and enjoy working as part of a team or leading a team and you can help ensure all participants have a fun, enjoyable experience and the whole event will be remembered by participants for a long time after the event.
